The Senior Client Manager will serve as a top-level executive in a successful, growing firm like PBK. The Senior Client Manager will be a key contributor to further defining and guiding the strategic plan. PBK's corporate resources and management team will be made available to assist in meeting these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Project Management: Oversee project teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
  • Culture Development: Promote a positive company culture that supports employee growth and development.
  • Process Execution: Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with the firm's Marketing & Business Development departments to develop new opportunities and build relationships.
  • Management and Leadership: Promote a support structure to develop staff abilities and oversee staffing projections.

Requirements:

  • Registered Architect, preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing project teams and processes in the architectural profession.
  • Prior experience in K12 and/or Higher Education is required.
