Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch truck drivers to meet delivery deadlines
• Request and submit necessary documentation to comply with regulations
• Provide shipment updates to internal teams
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to resolve transit issues
• Ensure drivers comply with Company, Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or international equivalent
• 2 years of relevant logistics coordination experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in TMS and other relevant software
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and dispatching procedures
