Lil Kickers is on the lookout for a dynamic, self-driven, and enthusiastic individual to assist in the marketing, coordination, and execution of all responsibilities within a Family Entertainment Center, particularly focusing on Special Events.
This facility boasts various attractions designed for family fun, including sports fields, interactive play areas, and more.
The role involves comprehensive planning of events from inception to completion, crafting engaging menus, developing tailored schedules, and ensuring seamless event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and promote events such as corporate gatherings, youth sports outings, community fundraisers, and family celebrations.
- Oversee all aspects of Special Events and provide support to management and event staff within the Family Entertainment Center.
- Manage daily operations in a bustling and successful Family Entertainment Center.
- Make timely decisions regarding time management, staff scheduling, and maintaining product quality and cleanliness.
- Drive sales and enhance profitability by effectively recruiting, training, and communicating expectations to the entire team.
- Inspire and guide the team to uphold exceptional customer service and safety standards.
- Conduct Day-to-Day Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts as required.
- Ability to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds during scheduled shifts.
- Must be capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during scheduled shifts.
- Availability to work at least one weekend day and occasional evenings during the week.
Qualifications:
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential.
