Electromagnetic Environmental Effects Engineer

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Engineer to join our team. As an E3 Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and analyzing complex electronic products for space systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with E3 design and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of electromagnetic compatibility and interference.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement E3 design guidelines and standards
- Analyze and troubleshoot E3-related issues
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure E3 compliance
- Develop and maintain E3 test procedures and reports
- Participate in cross-discipline design reviews and meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in E3 design and analysis
- Strong knowledge of MIL-STD 461, MIL-STD 464, and NASA-GEVS-7000
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
