  • Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients in the industry sector.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, including Forms 5471, 3520, 3520-A, 8865, and 8885.
  • Collaborate with the wealth management team to perform year-round tax planning and optimize life-long tax mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the industry sector.

Requirements:

  • CPA or parts passed license required.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Accountancy preferred.
  • Two or more years of public accounting experience with a focus on individual, trust, and small business returns.
  • Experience in preparation of Forms 5471, 3520, 3520-A, 8865, and 8885 preferred.
  • Experience in state tax preparation preferred.
  • Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
