Job Title: Procurement Contract Associate Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Contract Associate Manager to join our team at MassMutual. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, managing supplier engagements, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and draft contractual positions based on documented standards and business objectives
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects, requiring excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Develop and execute contracting and negotiation strategies
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and data security groups
  • Drive transactions to completion in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in contract evaluation, drafting, and negotiation/redlining
  • 1+ years of experience managing supplier engagements and/or engaging with procurement-related functions
  • OR in lieu of a bachelor's degree, we require 12+ years in equivalent professional experience
