Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to join our Legal and Commercial Services team. As a Contract Specialist, you will play a key role in managing client contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing high-quality advice and support to sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead/participate in contract management teams on specific projects or accounts
- Work with client engagement teams and client counterparts to assist with day-to-day contract management support and to understand delivery requirements
- Drive process efficiency and seek innovative ways to improve performance of the team
- Supervise, mentor, and coach junior contract management staff to ensure effective utilisation of resources
- Participate in the review of performance standards for junior staff and provide input for priority setting and performance achievement process
- Assist with reporting, documenting commercial and contract risks and issues, and escalate matters to CM Leads in a timely and controlled fashion
- Provide support for pre-award sales activities, including drafting contract schedules and participating in negotiations
