Position Summary:
We are in search of a dynamic VP, Client Success to foster and enhance relationships with our key clients, demonstrating the significant benefits of preventive healthcare. The successful candidate will cultivate, develop, and optimize client accounts to drive business growth while delivering EHE's commitment to improving patient health, productivity, and longevity, all while effectively managing healthcare costs.
The VP, Client Success will play a crucial role in managing our 'Executive Exam' accounts, responsible for creating P&L statements for these accounts and coordinating internal resources to achieve targeted growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of exceeding client expectations and a strong passion for preventive healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key client personnel.
- Lead a team to meet budgeted growth targets.
- Achieve assigned goals for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within accounts.
- Oversee the successful implementation of EHE programs and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to enhance the EHE program to meet their needs.
- Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
- Be accountable for client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales data and provide comprehensive client reporting.
- Stay informed about the latest market trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Advertising, Marketing, or Management is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, particularly with Key/National Accounts.
- A background in professional services is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Possess a consultative approach and a keen interest in understanding all aspects of a client's business.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage accounts and provide solution-oriented sales strategies.
- Proven experience in managing all tactical elements of client relationships.
- Ability to navigate complex commercial relationships and maximize engagement with EHE's offerings.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills across all levels of client organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare analytics and data interpretation.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present data effectively.
- A genuine passion for health and wellness, committed to representing a product that enhances the lives of its users.
- Willingness to travel 20%-40% as needed.
