We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Primary Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team at Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide mental health diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and mental health therapies for individuals with mental illness/substance abuse.
Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, counseling, and clinical interventions with a designated caseload
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy, and participate in the coordination and delivery of patient care
- Communicate effectively with internal and external care providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Document all required information in a timely and comprehensive manner
- Masters Degree in Human Services field required
- Two years of mental health experience preferred
- LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, or LMFT required
