Job Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate payroll processing, preparing payroll-related invoices, and supporting day-to-day HR operations at Edfinancial Services.

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintaining a positive work environment through professional behavior and communication.
  • Processing bi-weekly payroll files accurately and efficiently.
  • Preparing and sending payroll-related invoices to AP in a timely manner.
  • Running reports as needed and utilizing knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Communicating issues or opportunities within the department to leadership.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to employee handbook.
  • Prioritizing tasks and completing them in a timely manner using discretion.
  • Developing process flows and procedures, and performing data entry projects.
  • Knowledge of HRIS system and benefits administration.
  • Data entry skills with speed and accuracy.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $68,000 per year
