About the Role

Wyndy LLC is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of School Transportation Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating safe and efficient transportation services to schools in the 37923 area.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Collaborate with school administrators to address student transportation needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with state and district transportation policies and regulations, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise school bus drivers and monitors, providing training and support as needed.
  • Monitor fleet maintenance and repair activities to prevent downtime and ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Resolve transportation-related issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions to students and staff.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and community stakeholders through open communication and transparency.
  • Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation, including attendance, tardiness, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for transportation services, optimizing resources to meet student needs.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices to improve efficiency and safety standards, applying knowledge to enhance transportation services.

Qualifications
