We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at Pellissippi State Community College. This role will provide critical support to the Human Resources department in areas such as office management, staffing support, communication, and documentation and reporting.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience and a strong understanding of basic HR principles. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $42,000 per year, based on the location and job requirements.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations of the HR office, managing office supplies and equipment, handling purchasing for the HR department, and maintaining inventory of HR forms and materials.

You will also assist with HR staffing needs by coordinating job postings and recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews as needed, and liaising with candidates. Additionally, you will prepare onboarding materials and assist with the facilitation of the onboarding process for new hires.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Part-time work experience is calculated at 50% credit of full-time work experience.
