Job Description:


The Marketing Operations Specialist will support the execution of market strategies tailored to customer requirements, encompassing supply chain management and customer demand oversight.


This role is vital in achieving both short-term and long-term business performance goals, ensuring alignment between supply capabilities and sales efficiency to meet financial targets.


The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, proactive, and possess strong analytical abilities, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and effective communication regarding potential impacts on business objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential impacts and propose solutions based on inventory levels.

Identify enhancements to the allocation process to expedite sales and achieve business goals.


Work closely with internal departments, particularly sales, marketing communications, and medical affairs.


Facilitate growth by identifying conversion opportunities, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources for swift product transitions.

Maintain connections with sales and marketing teams to share best practices and ensure the seamless execution of shared business objectives.


Ensure all activities align with corporate values and adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to relevant stakeholders, including supply forecasts and allocation performance metrics.

Regularly engage with the supply chain team to identify gaps and establish product supply requirements.


Support key marketing initiatives based on business needs and other assigned tasks.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Qualifications

1+ years of relevant experience in marketing, operations, or supply chain within the medical device sector preferred, but not mandatory.

Familiarity with B2B environments; understanding of the healthcare industry; exposure to cross-functional processes and requirements.

Experience in project management best practices, with the ability to implement them in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Proven success in developing strategies and executing key initiatives.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Resourcefulness and effective management of multiple priorities are essential.
