We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our Accounting group at Kimberlite Corporation's Corporate Office in Fresno, California.

About the Job

This role involves preparing customer invoices, processing payments and adjustments, and investigating and resolving customer queries. You will also be responsible for reconciling customer accounts, following up on payment delinquencies, and performing collection activities.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate and detailed records of all financial transactions and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. You will work closely with operations staff to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure seamless communication throughout the organization.

A strong analytical mind, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently are essential requirements for this position. You must also possess a solid understanding of general accounting principles and have experience working with similar software applications.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
