Executive Sales Leader

Total Cleaning is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Sales Leader to join our dynamic sales team. Based in South Florida, this role will focus on building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth in the Tri-County area.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in territory sales and B2B environments. A proven track record of success in closing new business, particularly in selling to healthcare facilities, commercial retail/office spaces, and property managers/building owners, is essential.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Tri-County area, following up on warm leads, current industry contacts, and self-generated leads.
- Territory Management: Develop tailored action plans to close new business, working closely with the bid team on RFPs and quotes.
- Sales Support: Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and routine follow-up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Fully proficient in English, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in territory sales and B2B environments.
- Proven track record of success in closing new business.
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple new accounts effectively.
Benefits:
