Production Assembly Specialist at East Bay Machine & Sheet Metal

East Bay Machine & Sheet Metal is currently looking for a dedicated Production Assembly Specialist to enhance our operational capabilities.

  • Manage and organize inventory effectively
  • Assemble various components utilizing hand tools
  • Inspect finished components for quality assurance
  • Label products with bar-code tags
  • Prepare completed items for shipping

Our focus is on the assembly of custom steel cabinets, which involves installing drawer slides, shelves, locks, and other hardware. Each unit is tailored to specific requirements and assembled according to detailed specifications. The ideal candidate should be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and performing assembly tasks with both speed and precision.

Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience in production assembly or a proven track record with hand tools is required.

East Bay Machine & Sheet Metal operates as a contract manufacturer, providing components across various sectors. Established in 2006, we have grown to two locations with a committed workforce of over 40 employees. We offer competitive compensation, healthcare benefits, retirement plans, and paid holidays and vacations.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday (5am - 3:30pm) with the possibility of overtime on most Fridays.

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00
