Job Title: Analytical Chemist - Scientist

Location: Cambridge, MA

Job Type: Contract position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chromatographic Techniques: Hands-on experience with Cation Exchange Chromatography (CEX), Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), and Reversed-Phase Liquid Chromatography (RPLC) is required.
  • Laboratory Equipment: Experience with operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and instrumentation, especially chromatographic (e.g. liquid chromatography) and spectroscopic instruments (e.g. mass spectrometry).
  • Waters Empower CDS: Hands-on experience in Waters Empower CDS is necessary.
  • Peptide and Antibody Conjugates: Experience in synthetic peptide and/or peptide antibody conjugates, including theoretical knowledge, research, and hands-on experience to support process development/scale up activities and formulation development.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in analytical chemistry, laboratory research, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
