Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team at Aroghia Group, LLC. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations of our Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leadership events, including planning and production
- Produce, edit, and reformat documents, including briefs and other communications being sent to executives
- Assist with the project management of team initiatives
- Support the development of strategic and operational plans for the department
- Curate resources and conduct internet-based research
- Create mechanisms for the tracking of team metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or communications-related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis in operations or project management
- Experience utilizing PowerPoint is required
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independence
- Experience handling sophisticated partner engagements, leading projects with multiple contributors/influencers, facilitating meetings, and delivering presentations to senior leadership
- Ability to work independently, balancing multiple deliverables with tight deadlines
