Remodeling Project Coordinator

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Beaverton is seeking a skilled Remodeling Project Coordinator to provide exceptional service to our clients at our showroom and in their home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the sales and estimating process of remodeling, utilizing your knowledge of interior remodeling design and construction, as well as product knowledge of various remodeling materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all Sales & Estimating Systems, Procedures, and Processes
- Represent DreamMaker with Professionalism, Accountability, and Integrity
- Respond to and follow-up on all leads from prospective clients as per company procedures
- Organize and Prioritize client appointments, Sales Process schedules, office work, etc., to maximize time efficiency
- Collaborate with Design and Production Staff members throughout sales, estimating, design, and production processes
- Keep Clients updated and informed throughout the Sales and Estimating Process
- Prepare clear and detailed scopes of work
- Assist client in initial conceptual design ideas
- Staff home shows and other marketing events
- Follow the DreamMaker Code of Values
- Keep up to date on Kitchen and Bathroom trends and ideas
- 5+ years of Sales and/or Design experience related to the Remodeling Industry
- Understanding of Architectural Design and Construction Basics
- Basic Computer skills in MS Office applications
- Excellent Time Management, Communication, and Listening skills
- Exceptional Customer Relations skills
- Effective and Creative use of Problem-Solving skills
- Must be self-motivated and Capable of setting and meeting Goals
- Commission + Bonuses ($75,000 - $125,000+ per year)
