About the Role

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager - Business Development to lead our sales efforts in the South Florida market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned geographies, including local and regional accounts.
  • Sales Execution: Execute all business development goals and priorities, ensuring value creation with customers and effective use of sales and leadership teams.
  • People Management: Develop and coach a team of direct reports, ensuring a culture of learning and development exists throughout the organization.
  • Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key account management and new business networking.
  • Supply Chain: Collaborate with supply chain teams to drive sales and delivery route planning, and serve as a key enabler for supply chain initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of leading sales teams and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
