Job Overview

Grieco Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for demonstrating vehicles, building relationships with customers, and meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate vehicles to customers, including test drives.
  • Develop and maintain a prospect development system to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Stay up-to-date with incoming inventory, features, and accessories to provide customers with the best possible experience.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the service department to introduce customers to the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
