Sales Leadership Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, setting sales goals, and coaching salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals. You will also assist customers in selecting a vehicle, explain product performance, and perform high-quality presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, 100% employee-paid medical premium, room for advancement, medical/dental/vision, industry training, 401K, flex spending account, and employee discount program. Plus, enjoy Sundays off and a clean, safe working environment.
Requirements include previous dealership and management experience, leadership skills, enthusiasm, goal-oriented personality, attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills, and a clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
