Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding and attentive service to all guests.
  • Handle sensitive information, including guest records, with utmost confidentiality.
  • Adhere to established credit card and key control protocols.
  • Collect and verify essential guest information, ensuring all records are accurate and complete for check-in/check-out processes.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel emergency procedures.
  • Maintain precise accounts of cash and credit transactions.

  • Facilitate check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, assisting with luggage as needed.
  • Protect company assets and proprietary information.
  • Exhibit proficiency in the use of all office equipment and property management systems.
  • Comply with all safety and security policies, reporting any incidents promptly.
  • Participate in required training sessions and meetings.
  • Demonstrate proactivity, creativity in problem-solving, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is preferred.
Additional Responsibilities:

  • Commit to maintaining safety for oneself, staff, and guests, reporting incidents in a timely manner.
  • Engage in team activities and meetings.
  • Work hours: 30 to 40 hours over a five-day period; flexibility required, with hours varying based on hotel needs and business volume, including most weekends.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for Success:

  • One or more years of experience in a similar role or equivalent preferred.
  • Additional education, training, or certification is advantageous.
  • Possess a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor with a strong record in hospitality management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, managers, and guests.
  • Strong skills in problem management, with the ability to respond accurately to emergency situations.
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
