Job Title: Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management

Sunflower Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive ERM framework that aligns with our company's risk appetite and risk tolerance.
  • Lead the risk assessment and mitigation process, ensuring that risks are properly identified, assessed, and managed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into our business operations.
  • Develop and maintain risk metrics and reporting to ensure that our risk profile is accurately reflected.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our risk management teams to ensure that our risk management practices are effective and efficient.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Professional risk-related certification such as CERP, CRCM, CIA, or CRMP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
