Sales Performance Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Performance Consultant to join our team at Renewal by Andersen. In this role, you will play a crucial part in exceeding customer expectations and driving sales growth.
Job OverviewAs a Sales Performance Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting in-home presentations with homeowners who have expressed interest in our window replacement services. You will use your exceptional sales skills and industry leading product knowledge to create a connection with customers and offer our premium services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct up to 12 pre-qualified leads per week in homeowner appointments at various times on weekdays and rotating Saturdays.
- Use tools, training, and sales methodology to create a seamless customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Self-motivation and a burning desire to succeed.
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments during specified times.
- Previous in-home B2C sales experience is preferred.
- A drivers license and reliable transportation are required.
