Electrophysiology Consultant

Boston Scientific is a leader in the medical technology industry, and we are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Consultant to join our team. As an Electrophysiology Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the complex world of cardiac electrophysiology and make informed decisions about the latest technologies and treatments.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about improving patient outcomes and advancing the field of electrophysiology. You will be responsible for providing expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, EP Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of our Rhythmia Mapping System. You will also be responsible for identifying customer needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and developing strategic partnerships to better the area/organization.

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, EP Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Rhythmia Mapping System.
• Identify customer needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and develop strategic partnerships to better the area/organization.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel at all levels, including staff, physicians, and administrators, to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital and identify key decision makers.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
• Demonstrate effective change leadership and build strategic partnerships to better the area/organization by leveraging relationships with their peers, management, and across AF Solutions organization (Marketing, Training, and Strategic Planning).
• Implement and monitor strategies outlined by the quarterly plan of action for the area.
• Coordinate territory and other BSC sales management and representatives' efforts to build strategic partnerships that will further area and organizational and business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of 3D cardiac mapping system experience or minimum of 8 years in medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology, or equivalent education and experience.
• Must demonstrate a technical aptitude and ability to discuss and explain complex technical product information.
• NASPE/IBHRE CEPS certification.
• Work experience in Atrial Fibrillation/Cardiac Mapping/Structural Heart Procedure.
• Existing usage of 3D cardiac mapping system.
• MS or advanced degree in business or healthcare.

This position is located in the United States and requires frequent travel to customer sites. We are seeking candidates who are able to travel up to 50% of the time.
