Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical and medication administration to residents and clinical support to the care teams.
- Focus on quality resident care, the growth, development, and empowerment of health care teams, and the promotion of assisted living philosophy and statutes.
- Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and maintain records and prepare clear, concise reports.
- Administer treatments and medications and observe for and report adverse reactions.
- A diploma or certificate from an accredited school in practical nursing and eligibility for licensure as a practical nurse with the State of Alaska.
- Physical strength to lift, assist, and transfer patients.
- Ability to observe and evaluate reactions and changes in the physical behavioral and mental condition of patients and to think and act quickly in emergencies.
