Dynamic CRNA Opportunity in Fairbanks, Alaska

Foundation Health Partners is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our experienced Anesthesia team at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. As a CRNA, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with our anesthesia physicians to provide exceptional patient care.

The Opportunity:

  • Run 100% of cases in a collegial atmosphere, with autonomy and support from experienced physicians when needed.
  • Perform a diverse range of procedures across various specialties, including OB/GYN, Ortho, ENT, Vascular, Podiatry, General Surgery, and Plastics.
  • Enjoy a competitive salary with scalable income opportunities, including a $40,000 sign-on bonus.

  • Collaborate with the state's most extensive multidisciplinary health system and access Mayo Clinic resources through FHP's partnership with Mayo Clinic Care Network.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Shift rate: $1618/shift, $860/call shift.
  • Average total compensation: $285,000-$315,000.
  • 5 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation, with a minimum of 152 OR shifts per year and 45 call shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess knowledge of clinical care and patient treatment as normally obtained through the completion of a master's degree in nursing.
  • Must have completed a graduate program approved by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
  • Must be approved to practice as a Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA).
  • Must possess a valid current or temporary Alaska RN license.
