In this role, you will represent City Wide Facility Solutions, contributing to one of the numerous markets we serve across North America.
Our mission is to create a positive impact on the communities and individuals we serve.
Key Responsibilities:Monday to Friday / Hybrid- Remote- Fieldwork
- Identify and research potential businesses that could benefit from our services.
- Engage in daily prospecting for new clients.
- Arrange qualified meetings with prospective clients.
- Prepare detailed proposals, manage project logistics, and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, building strong relationships with clients and contractors to ensure retention.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including tracking calls, updating client information, and scheduling appointments.
- Generate accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required by management.
- Meet or exceed monthly activity and lead generation targets to achieve revenue goals.
- Send all requested information to prospects along with follow-up correspondence.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or cold calling is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adhere to a systematic sales process.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
The physical demands of this position require the ability to sit, bend, stand, and walk regularly. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Compensation:
Targeted total compensation of $90,000 in the first year, including:
- Base salary
- Car allowance
- Quarterly bonuses
Projected second-year earnings of $100,000 to $130,000.
