In this role, you will represent City Wide Facility Solutions, contributing to one of the numerous markets we serve across North America.

Our mission is to create a positive impact on the communities and individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
Monday to Friday / Hybrid- Remote- Fieldwork

  • Identify and research potential businesses that could benefit from our services.
  • Engage in daily prospecting for new clients.
  • Arrange qualified meetings with prospective clients.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, manage project logistics, and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, building strong relationships with clients and contractors to ensure retention.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including tracking calls, updating client information, and scheduling appointments.
  • Generate accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required by management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity and lead generation targets to achieve revenue goals.
  • Send all requested information to prospects along with follow-up correspondence.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or cold calling is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adhere to a systematic sales process.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
Physical Requirements:


The physical demands of this position require the ability to sit, bend, stand, and walk regularly. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Compensation:
Targeted total compensation of $90,000 in the first year, including:
  • Base salary
  • Car allowance
  • Quarterly bonuses
- Uncapped commission structure (first six months guaranteed, paid monthly)

Projected second-year earnings of $100,000 to $130,000.
