Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with brokers and agents to produce business from existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Evaluate applications and account loss experience to determine eligibility and develop coverage and premium proposals.
  • Negotiate coverage terms and premiums with clients to ensure optimal risk management and insurance solutions.
  • Maintain renewals and attract new business to drive growth and revenue.
  • Document underwriting process and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Communicate coverage, services, and company philosophy to sales channels to ensure alignment and success.
Requirements
  • College degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or insurance.
  • 2+ years of professional liability underwriting experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Insurance training certification, such as CPCU or ARM.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $300,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan with company match, and tuition assistance.
