Job Overview

Location: Rocklin, CA

Compensation: $20.80/hr - $22.24/hr (commission available)

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service within a dynamic environment.
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in sales.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling products or services.
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Availability to work from 6am to 4pm and 9:30am to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Consistent punctuality is required.
  • Ability to pass a soft credit check (this will not impact credit score).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a banking or customer service role.
  • Prior call center experience is highly desirable.

Daily Responsibilities:

Insight Global is collaborating with a Federal Credit Union to recruit a Customer Service Specialist for their call center. This role involves managing 30-50 incoming calls to address client inquiries and issues. The specialist will need to be adept with technology, operating on a dual monitor setup while documenting client interactions in a CRM system. This position requires the ability to effectively upsell services and products while fulfilling client requests.
