Hospice Licensed Vocational Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Mission Healthcare. As a Hospice LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
  • Follow the plan of care and provide treatments as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
  • Three years of nursing experience, preferably in community/home health or medical/surgical settings
  • Current licensure as a LPN/LVN in the state
  • Compliance with accepted professional standards and practice
  • Good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
