Hospice Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse to join our Hospice team in Rancho Mirage. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients and their families, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow the plan of care and provide treatments as directed by the registered nurse.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
  • Three years of nursing experience, with community/home health or medical/surgical experience preferred.
  • Current licensure as a LPN/LVN in the State.
  • Compliance with accepted professional standards and practice.
  • Good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
