Job Summary:

As an HR Assistant/Payroll at Echo Lake Foods, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including compiling and maintaining personnel records, recording employee data, and compiling reports for employment records. You will also be responsible for dealing with reporting, benefits, and laws. Strong written skills and bilingual abilities are preferred. This is a 100% onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and maintain personnel records
  • Record employee data, including address, weekly earnings, absences, and termination information
  • Compile reports for employment records and file employment records
  • Deal with reporting, benefits, and laws

Requirements:
  • Previous general office experience is required
  • Applicable HR Assistant/Generalist experience is required
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel
  • Able to work well with others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • Quick learner and multi-tasked oriented
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Prior strong payroll experience preferred
