Client Support Specialist

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
This role is essential for ensuring effective planning and exceptional customer service. The individual will serve as a crucial link between clients and internal teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements.
- Manage order processing, including taking orders via phone and email, and performing accurate order entry.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and order modifications, ensuring timely resolution.
- Facilitate order expeditions and respond to customer questions as necessary.
- Oversee customer inventory management, including make and hold inventories.
- Conduct invoice reconciliation and manage accounts receivable.
- Assist with additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Support the Master Scheduler and Product Planning functions as required.

- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit accuracy and thoroughness; actively seek improvements to enhance quality and customer satisfaction; meet productivity benchmarks and complete tasks punctually.

- Possess solid analytical skills for forecasting and anticipating production needs.
- Ability to address practical challenges and manage various changing situations under pressure.
- Proficient in computer applications related to data management. Strong interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and foster cooperation.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, along with 2-4 years of relevant customer service experience or training, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
