BriteLife Recovery is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including therapeutic spaces, common areas, and client rooms.
  • Ensure all equipment, building, and fixtures are in good working condition and report any needs for repair.
  • Distribute fresh linens and oversee the collection of soiled linens.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate a cohesive client experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) or willingness to pursue.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Ability to walk up and down flights of steps for fire drills and safety.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with clients.
