Overview: The Sanitation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a hygienic and orderly environment for all personnel and guests, prioritizing safety across all facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly cleans and disinfects all restroom facilities.
- Maintains cleanliness of floors by mopping, washing, and vacuuming in designated office areas.
- Regularly empties waste and recycling receptacles.
- Polishes and sanitizes frequently touched surfaces, including fixtures, doorknobs, and baseboards. Ensures high-touch areas are cleaned and/or disinfected daily.
- Wipes down windows, ledges, walls, and handrails to maintain visibility and cleanliness.
- Responsible for cleaning the break room, including all surfaces, appliances, and floors.
- Dusts workspaces, including cubicles and common areas.
- Vacuums and sanitizes furniture as needed.
- Monitors and requests maintenance supplies to ensure adequate stock.
- Conducts quarterly cleaning of all refrigerators and freezers.
This is a permanent role.
Work Location
This position is fully on-site.
Work Environment
We provide a modern, climate-controlled workspace that fosters a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The dress code is casual.
