Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate individual committed to fostering student achievement. The role of Learning Support Teaching Assistant is currently available.
This position involves providing educational assistance to students under the guidance of a teacher and performing various administrative support tasks.
The role is full-time during the academic year, operating on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday, totaling 7 hours per day. Compensation starts at a minimum of $13.00 per hour, with the offered rate determined by experience and internal equity.
Qualifications
Candidates must meet Highly Qualified Status, possessing either two years of post-secondary education or a high school diploma/equivalent along with successful completion of the CAPE test, which can be taken post-hire.
Essential skills include:
- Excellent interpersonal abilities

- Effective reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
