Key Responsibilities:
The Financial Planning & Analysis team is in search of a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Analyst to support our financial planning and analysis efforts.

  • Facilitate informed decision-making through insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Engage in annual and ad hoc planning processes, implementing driver-based forecasting.
  • Collaborate across departments to support strategies aimed at achieving both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to act as a trusted financial partner.
  • Conduct advanced analysis, including forecasting and complex modeling, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare customized management reports and dashboards to support organizational initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate complex financial information to senior management.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degrees (MBA/MSF) or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) are advantageous. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is also beneficial.
