Your Role:
The Financial Planning & Analysis team is looking for a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Analyst III to support our organization's financial planning and analysis efforts.

In this role, you will enable informed decision-making through insightful financial analysis, refine financial planning processes, and apply best practices to tackle complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a robust network of relationships across Finance and related functions to serve as a trusted partner for stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills for forecasting and complex modeling, identifying opportunities to apply various statistical and analytical concepts.
  • Deliver impactful analyses that transform intricate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Educate business areas on the financial implications of their decisions, recommending optimal solutions to guide strategic direction.
  • Develop and implement divisional and firm-level metrics to promote accountability and awareness of results.
  • Create tailored management-level reports and dashboards to support organizational initiatives.
  • Summarize complex information and present it clearly to senior management.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to implement projects aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree (MBA / MSF) or comparable certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.).
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools such as PeopleSoft Financials or OneStream.
