About the Role

Cassia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy targets and revenue growth across our senior living communities in Iowa and Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate sales directors to achieve sales goals and drive accountability at a territory level.
  • Work closely with sales directors to analyze and interpret sales and marketing data to develop strategies within the approved marketing budget to drive successful results and a return on investment.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to housing directors to create a collaborative and supportive environment for sales directors.
  • Collaborate with operations, clinical, and financial team members to achieve occupancy targets.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent.
  • Lead sales teams through the ever-changing healthcare landscape.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic marketing plans to include social media, referral source development, community outreach, internal marketing, advertising, public relations, events, and reputation management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of successful sales and/or sales management experience, with senior living experience required.
  • 3+ years in sales leadership, with experience leading sales teams across various markets and/or territories preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel a minimum of 60% of the time.
