Patient Access Representative I

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Access Representative I.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff, ensuring a positive experience at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
* Accurately complete patient registration, admission, and scheduling tasks, investigating and resolving any customer requests or issues.
* Support the Revenue Cycle, Health Information Management, and Regulatory teams by ensuring all necessary data, information, and forms are obtained and entered into the appropriate system.
* Ensure patient safety by identifying the correct patient, identifying special needs, and preparing isolation precautions for patients with Infectious Disease indicators.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; no related experience necessary.
* Healthcare-related experience and knowledge of EPIC or similar EMR systems preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office and Windows applications.
