Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PVH Corp. as a Part Time Sales Associate - CALVIN KLEIN. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an emotional connection between our customers and the brand, providing exceptional service, and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Engage with customers, provide personalized service, and offer product recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and brand offerings to effectively communicate value and build brand loyalty.
    • Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience, seeking feedback, and conveying business opportunities to management.
  • Commitment to Efficiency
    • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
    • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
    • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.

    Requirements
    • Prior retail experience preferred.
    • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
    • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills.
    • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
    Compensation and Benefits

Salary varies based on the candidate's level of experience and knowledge. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave, public health emergency leave, and comprehensive, market-competitive total rewards packages, including competitive pay, best-in-class medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance. Sales-related bonus programs may be available in retail stores (varies by location). An above-market 401(k) contribution is offered to help eligible associates save for retirement, and various wellbeing tools and programs are available. Individual compensation will be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including qualifications, geographic location, and other relevant skills.
