Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
  • Provide solution-oriented, friendly service to customers, including answering questions and making recommendations
  • Effectively communicate sales and promotions to customers
  • Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise
  • Maintain merchandising, presentation, and display standards
  • Ensure Company standards for cleanliness and organization are met
  • Accurately and efficiently process all register transactions
  • Perform other duties as directed by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Customer-centric and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day and lift up to 20 pounds
