- Sales Presentations: Provide a compelling sales presentation based on our sales training and work collaboratively with colleagues to overcome customer objections and close additional sales.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every Helzberg Diamonds' guest, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Participate in all areas of store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance, to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a commission environment.
- Superior communication skills and ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities.
- High internal motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive hourly rate of $14.42 to $15.50.
- Opportunity to participate in incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans.
