Internship Overview

We are expanding our North American Marketing Intern initiative. This part-time internship will provide valuable experience and is available in multiple locations.

Team Dynamics

The field marketing division collaborates closely with the sales department to design marketing initiatives that generate new leads and revenue streams. Their objective is to excel in the North American market by offering a cohesive and engaging marketing experience to our clientele. Your Responsibilities

As a marketing intern, you will assist in the planning, development, and implementation of marketing activities, focusing on a specific area such as Events & Gifting, Digital & Reporting, Internal Communication, or Content. We will align your responsibilities with your skills and career aspirations.

Key Tasks May Include:

  • Identifying and selecting key industry events for participation ( Events & Gifting )
  • Assisting in the creation and execution of seasonal direct mail campaigns ( Events & Gifting )
  • Collecting and analyzing campaign performance metrics to inform business strategies ( Digital & Reporting )
  • Supporting the organization of webinars to engage potential and existing customers ( Digital & Reporting )
  • Contributing to the development of community programs focused on Women in Process Mining ( Internal Communication )
  • Assisting in the formulation and execution of internal communication strategies for sales and business development teams ( Internal Communication )
  • Helping create digital advertisements, landing page content, and email copy ( Content )

Qualifications Required

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, business, or a related field
  • Previous internship experience is advantageous
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week
  • Strong strategic thinking, task prioritization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to approach projects with urgency and initiative
  • Demonstrated follow-through and proactive engagement
  • Enthusiastic, high-achieving individual willing to take initiative
