Job Overview

Optimal Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Trainee to join our marketing and sales team. As an Account Manager Trainee, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients, acquiring new accounts, and increasing sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand market reach
  • Collaborate with senior account managers to develop a deep understanding of our clients' marketing campaigns and sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for new hires
  • Participate in conference calls and on-site training workshops to stay up-to-date on sales progress and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation to the onsite location
