Job Title: Sales Contract Administrator

US Foods is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Contract Administrator to support the Area Sales team in managing customer contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely contract execution, maintenance, and renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the contract life cycle, including model and agreement generation, execution, and setup.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on contracts and offer guidance to the field and support office as needed.
  • Perform routine reporting and review of existing customer contract portfolios to ensure compliance.
  • Attend weekly and monthly meetings with field leaders to discuss contract-related actions and decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales or contract management role.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, processes, and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and communicate in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with sales teams or in a contract management role.
  • Contract-related experience in the foodservice or food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
