Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play a critical role in making a great impression and setting the tone for our organization's reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Serving Clients: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person visits with a positive and professional attitude.
- Administrative Support: Manage the front desk, handle mail and packages, and provide administrative assistance to our team members.
- Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Identify and resolve issues, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Reliability and Trustworthiness: Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information and tasks.
- Basic Office Skills: Possess basic office skills, including typing, filing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Computer Skills: Be proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office, and have a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
- Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work 8:00 am-5:00 pm and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
