Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Processing Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead system changes and manage the full SDLC.
  • Analyze, document, and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work independently and within project teams in a complex environment.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of systems analyst experience with a focus on claims processing.
  • Experience with 24/7 systems and adhering to client standards.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience leading system changes and managing the full SDLC.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred experience in Agile methodology, healthcare systems, and Medicaid rebating.
  • Experience in system procurement, vendor management, and certifications in relevant technologies.
